Hubert Mak is a Registered Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopath based in Markham. His work brings clinical training together with Thai massage, stretch therapy, acupuncture, and years of hands-on experience.

He founded MakCare Health and Wellness Centre to bring those methods into one practical approach. Each treatment starts with the person in front of him: understand what the body needs, choose the right method, and help the client move and feel better.

The same focus shapes his competition work. In 2026, Hubert earned silver in the Sports Category in Laval, then took the International Division overall title in Paris. Those results reflect years of practice, preparation, and clear decisions under pressure.

He continues to treat, study, and refine his technique. The goal stays simple: deliver care that is skilled, attentive, and useful.
